INITIAL DIAGNOSTIC – COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE

 

During an informal discussion we will identify the current HR needs for your business, we will be able to establish what your team love about working for your organisation as well as potential obstacles or indeed any urgent needs. From this we can create a bespoke package tailored to your organisations culture, aligned to your values and strategically aligned to achieve your goals.

 

 

‘THE START-UP’ – FIXED FEE

 

This is ideal for new or growing businesses. Following our initial diagnostic meeting we will work in partnership with you to develop a range of legally compliant HR documentation. This will include:

  • Drafting of bespoke employee handbook including start up policies & procedures tailored to your business needs.
  • Drafting of bespoke contracts
  • Template employee letters/emails and correspondence
  • On boarding – new employee welcome pack and orientation materials to help your new starter hit the ground running.
  • Line manager training and briefings aimed at those responsible for managing employees: recruitment and selection, absence, probation, performance.

 

 

‘THE SPECIALIST’ – FEE PER ASSIGNMENT

 

This is a bespoke pay as you need service, ideal for those organisations who are fairly comfortable with day to day activity but have an adhoc need for specialist advice, support and guidance. This often ranges from project based work or an employee relation matter, examples of work we have done under the “specialist” service are:

  • Development of bespoke absence management programmes
  • Managing a specific ER issue i.e. grievance or disciplinary
  • Repositioning the workplace culture
  • Development and introduction of bespoke performance management programmes
  • Redundancy & settlement programmes
  • Support with recruitment and selection campaign
  • Support in aligning people activity to the company values and goals
  • Enhancing employee engagement
  • Developing a workplace wellbeing agenda
  • Facilitation of management strategy development

 

 

‘THE HR DEPARTMENT’ – ONGOING MONTHLY FEE

 

This is ideal for those organisations who want the benefit from ongoing HR support without the overhead of an employed HR team. We can cost a fifth of an onsite Head of HR meaning you can benefit from quality, experienced HR without the cost eating in to your profit.

  • Unlimited HR advice and guidance either onsite at your business or via email/phone depending on your needs.
  • Annual audit of HR compliance and employee records
  • Development of an annual HR people strategy with quarterly progress review meetings with you and your team.
  • Annual employee engagement review and recommendation report
  • Practical onsite support with complex employee relation matters including discipline and grievance
  • Drafting of all employee documentation including bespoke handbook, contracts, letters and employee correspondence.

 

 

 

‘THE COACH’ – FEE PER ASSIGNMENT (we recommend a minimum of 6 x 90min sessions)

 

HR for Hospitality’s fully qualified and experienced coaches exclusively work with aspiring and often frustrated senior talent to enhance performance and motivation. Our experienced coaches will nurture, develop and prosper individuals or teams by facilitating focused coaching sessions aimed at enriching the business through the achievement of personal and professional goals.
